Counting Down...

It's been a very fun month as the launch for Close To You gets closer (64 sleeps - not that I'm counting!). On Friday, I spent the morning with a friend filming some material to be used in some video clips to promote Close To You. I'm not a big fan of being in front of a camera but fortunately I can talk about books, writing, and all things book-related for days when I get on a roll. Poor Nikki is going to have a big job editing me down to just a few minutes! Hopefully the first one will be ready to release by the end of March :)

In mid-February I turned in line edits for Book #2 and we have an official title! Can't Help Falling is set in Oxford, England and is about an elite rower whose had his Olympic dreams crushed by injury and a tabloid journalist trying to find a way to atone for the tragic results of a story she wrote. It releases in October and has a Narnia theme :)
